Come along and see what we got up to during our week driving around Scotland!

We started with three days in Edinburgh, walking around the city and visiting the Castle.

We then hired a car and drove to Inverness, visiting the Penny Trees in Hermitage Park, stopping in at the Falls of Braur and seeing the eerily amazing Clava Cairns just on sunset.

The following day we drove to the Isle of Skye but not before stopping in at Lochness in search of the ‘Monster’! We also visited Urquhart Castle and Eilean Donan Castle before arriving at our most northern destination in Scotland – Uig on the Isle of Skye.

The next day was a big one! We got up early to see the Fairy Glen, drive along the Quiraing, and visit the stunning waterfall of Loch Mealt which flows directly into the ocean. We also visited The Storr, explored Portree and marvelled at the beautiful Fairy Pools before arriving into Fort William.

The following day was our last in Scotland, and our destination was Dumfries. Along the way we visited The Glenfinnan Viaduct (used in Harry Potter!!), the Glencoe Valley and the delightful Highland Cows at Stirling Castle!

We hope you enjoy 🙂 xx
